Honey Bees Pollinate Flowers And Food Crops, And Make Honey!
October
is National Bee Month, and I am on a mission to educate the public!
Starting with children: school begins in August, and I am sending out
information to teachers to educate children about honey bees and the importance
of protecting the species.
Honey is very healthy for you, and it is vital to our society to protect our
little bees.
Bees are as important as water! We need our bees for pollination, and the
benefit is not only honey, but increased produce!
I have many more ideas, but this is a great start with our children.

(Site owner's comment: Thank you so much Judy for taking the time to let us
know about your plans. I absolutely agree: educating and inspiring children to love bees is crucial -
indeed, my love affair with bees definitely started in childhood, otherwise I
probably would never have built this site!
Good luck, thank you, and have a great time speaking out for the bees!)
